As the earth awakens from winter’s slumber, the Spring Equinox offers a powerful time to plant seeds—both in nature and within ourselves. This 2 hour immersive experience blends yoga, creative expression, meditation, and ritual to help you align with the energy of renewal, growth, and balance. What to Expect: Grounding Yoga Flow – Move through a gentle yet empowering sequence designed to awaken the body, release stagnation, and cultivate clarity. Vision Board Art Project – Using magazines, coloring pages, and intuitive creativity, craft a visual representation of your intentions for the season. Guided Meditation & Reflection – Journey inward through meditation and journaling prompts to nurture the dreams you wish to grow. Sacred Ritual – Honor the shifting season with a mindful tea ceremony and space to share or set silent intentions. This ritual is an opportunity to clear old energy, embrace new beginnings, and reconnect with your creative spirit in a supportive, heart-centered space. Limited to 10 participants. Pre-registration required. Cancellation Policy
At ME Holistics, we strive to create a welcoming and enriching experience for all participants. To ensure fairness and allow waitlisted individuals the opportunity to attend, we have the following cancellation and waitlist policy: Cancellation Policy: - Cancellations are permitted up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event are non-refundable. Waitlist Policy: - If a spot opens, the next person on the waitlist will be notified via email or text. - The open spot will be held for 1 hour before being offered to the next person in line. - If you are on the waitlist, please be prepared to confirm your attendance promptly.
